THE ORGANISER'S ROLE
From programme design
to supporting the group.
The Transmission team designed the programme, organised the trip and coordinated its delivery. Documentation was handled separately.
Agreeing the details
Organising and coordinating the trip's elements: accommodation, transfers, visits and events.
On-site coordination
Supporting the group and coordinating with those involved in delivery throughout the trip, resolving day-to-day programme matters.
WHAT TOOK PLACE
Factory visits
and a cultural programme.
The group of 17 spent five days in Hangzhou, from 21 to 25 September 2026. Factories visited included Geely and Robam. The trip also included cultural activities and time to explore the city.
This project demonstrates Transmission’s approach to corporate travel, from programme design to coordination on the ground.
The named factories were visited during this trip; access for new groups is arranged for each individual request.
